EARLY ENROLLMENT FOR WINTER 2009 HAX KIDS CLUB

The Winter 2009 season of the HAX Kids Club will begin on January 12, 2009 - register by Dec. 3 and pay 2008 prices! Bring a new player with you and receive a $20 discount! For more information, contact HAX Volleyball at 310.219.0600, ext. 8004. Please fill out the registration form below and return it to HAX by December 3, 2008 for the discounted rate.

Discounted rate by December 3, 2008 = $229 per month
Standard rate = $249 per month

Winter 2009 Session Dates:
Winter Session starts Monday, January 12 and concludes on Wednesday, March 4, 2009.
8 weeks - 2 practices per week on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Week 1 - January 12, 14

Week 2 - January 19, 21

Week 3 - January 26, 28

Week 4 - February 2, 4

Week 5 - February 9, 11

Week 6 - February 16, 18

Week 7 - February 23, 25

Week 8 - March 2, 4

HAX Kids Club

Boys and Girls ages 14-and-under are invited to join the HAX Kids Club offering 2 practices per week over an 8-week period. Sessions include basic instruction and scrimmage situations, and a season-ending competition at the Hangar!

Fall 2008 Session Dates:

Fall Session starts Monday, October 27 and concludes on Wednesday, December 17

8 weeks - 2 practices per week on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Week 1 - October 27, 29

Week 2 - November 3, 5

Week 3 - November 10, 12

Week 4 - November 17, 19

Week 5 - November 24, 26

Week 6 - December 1, 3

Week 7 - December 8, 10

FINAL WEEK - Dec. 15, 17

• Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

• Cost: $229.00 per month (enrollment includes a $150 non refundable deposit). Enrollment deadline is October 24, 2008 – open enrollment past that date is subject to availability.

• Includes: Registration, practice t-shirt, youth volleyball.
