GROUP TRAINING
The Performance Training Classes are designed for competitive athletes who want to increase their performance and take their game to the next level. Each class will focus on athletic movements and postural patterns. You are guaranteed to increase your strength, speed, endurance and flexibility.
The classes are directed by HAX performance Coach Leland Anderson who is a HAX Certified
Performance Coach, NASM and received his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan .
Athletes of all ages are welcome in the class including Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Baseball and Soccer.
Classes will include Vertimax Training, Core Strength, Foot Speed, Polymeric, Cardio and Strength Training
The classes are guaranteed to Increase your:
STRENGTH – SPEED – ENDURANCE – FLEXIBLITY – INJURY PREVENTION. |
